She is managing lab chemicals and equipment administration, research/characterization registration, ITNANO products marketing and lead the team members in problem solving. 

Her work mainly focusing on various nanomaterials synthesis, preparation of hydrogels and aerogels based materials, and its composites, including designing an coordinating preparation for products, experimental design and data analysis. 

Riska graduated in Chemistry major - Universitas Negeri Medan in 2023. Her work focuses on preparation of aerogel based nanomaterials for solar-assisted steam generation, desalination, photocatalytic and photo-fenton reaction.

Luthfi freshly graduated from Chemical Engineering major-Universitas Malikussaleh in 2023. Currently, her main research focuses on electrode preparation for electrochemical energy storage and photo-thermoelectric power generation.

His research mainly concentrated in nanocellulose and fabrication of zinc-ion batteries.
