Research Facilities

NRE Lab Research Facilities was established since 2020 based on private funding. Many efforts was made to built, maintain and simultaneously develop the company to improve research quality and compete with International advanced Laboratory. NRE Lab still continuously growth by accelerating on producing advanced materials product and research.

Solar Simulator (Class ABB)

ZOLIX SS150 equipped with AM1.5G filter and external solar power meter.

Potentiostat/Galvanostat

Corrtest CS350H single channel electrochemical workstation. This include for supporting 3 electrode system measurement such as Ag/AgCl, SCE, Pt wire and mesh and glassy carbon electrode (GCE).

Battery Tester

Neware BTS-4000 series (5V; 50 mA) - 8 channels

UV-Vis & PL spectrophotometer

UV-Vis Spectrophotometer: Jenway 7315, UK

PL spectroscopy: Ocean optics USB4000 equipped with driver LED 385 nm.

Four point probe capable of measuring sheet resistance of 0.05 Ω/□ - 100 kΩ/□.

Ultrasonic and high speed homogenizer

Ultrasonic Homogenizer: Sonic Vibracells VCX750 with tapered horn tip.

Freeze Dryer (-65 oC)

Freeze dryer was used for preparation of aerogel, graphene, MXene and cellulose materials. This unit capable of -65 oC with max vacuum pressure of 6 Pa.

Centrifuge, Vacuum Oven & filtration and Furnace

Various equipment such as high speed centrifuge, drying and vacuum oven, furnace, vacuum filtration, water distiller, soxhlet extraction, Spin-Coater, Microwave, etc.
